What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Because each scoop is a surprise and made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

How long does shipping take and what if my package gets lost or stolen?

Orders may take up to 1-3 business days to process, plus 3–6 business days for delivery. You’ll receive tracking info once it ships. We do our best to ship ASAP. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS/UPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, but I would love to. I have researched and found that I need to enter a customs form for each item and shipping cost is more than $30. If anyone knows how I can ship at a low cost and not have to do customs, please DM me. I am open to suggestions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.

How do I submit a request?

Just add your request in the order notes in your cart before checkout. Share your favorite colors or themes. We can’t guarantee every item will match, but we’ll do our best to make your surprise feel just right. You can also DM on social media or send a message on our contact tab.
